Gaomi's consumer market has been thriving this year due, with the holidays creating a surge in demand. The city government has adopted a "policies + activities" model to develop new consumption experiences and drive growth.

Local resident Mr Li said that each visit to Gaomi's scenic spots offers new experiences and a vibrant festive atmosphere. Gaomi's major attractions hosted a series of popular New Year events combining culture, tourism, and shopping as well as immersive folk experiences.
Weifang Municipal Bureau of Commerce also facilitated consumption coupon activities, helping the city's five major supermarkets achieve over 24 million yuan ($3.3 million) in sales and attracting 650,000 visitors during the holiday.

Since January, Gaomi has been promoting trade-in programs for home appliances, automobiles, and other products, resulting in 3,163 transactions and around 10 million yuan in sales.
Additionally, Weifang Market Supervision Bureau strengthened food safety measures and has been conducting special inspections to ensure consumer safety and improve satisfaction. (Edited by Lin Li)
